With 14 years of caregiving experience, Irene is the heart of Isarene.

As Co-Founder and Operations Manager, she leads client relations, family support, and caregiver matching — ensuring each client is paired with a compassionate caregiver who feels like family.

As the firstborn in a family of four, Irene developed her caregiving spirit early, learning responsibility, compassion, and hard work while helping care for her household from dawn to dusk. Those early lessons continue to guide her work today.
