My passion for caring for others began in childhood, when I watched my mother dedicate herself to supporting people in need. Her example taught me the importance of compassion, respect, and dependable care, inspiring me to build a career in human services. For more than 21 years, I have provided direct care services to individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, abilities, and medical needs. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in crisis management, problem-solving, staff development, and person centered support. I have successfully managed residential homes serving young adults on the autism spectrum and supervised a dedicated team of more than 50 employees.
